A written quote in USD, or AED for UAE customers, with any volume discount applied and tax stated separately.

You raise a purchase order
We invoice against your PO. Payment by wire transfer or card, whichever your finance team prefers.

Licences are issued
Keys are issued once payment clears, or on the terms set out in your order. The twelve month term runs from first activation.

What does PixelTakeoff cost?
USD 1,099 per seat per year, and that is the whole product: every tool unlocked, no gated tiers, no per-sheet or per-project charges. The 14-day trial needs no card.
Is there a cheaper version with fewer features?
No, and that is deliberate. A cheaper tier would mean deciding which measuring tools an estimator is not allowed to use, which is not a decision we want to make for you. Everyone gets the same build.
What makes an Enterprise account different?
Not the software. Every column on this page unlocks the same features. Enterprise adds priority support, workshops for your estimators, your requirements built on priority, and purchasing on a quote with purchase orders, wire transfer and invoicing.
What happens when the estimating module ships?
It lands inside the same seat at no extra cost. It is not a second licence, an add-on or a higher tier. It is laid out the way Candy users already work, so most of the learning curve is recognition.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Discounts and offers run through the year, on renewals as well as first purchases, so ask us what is live before you buy rather than after.
What happens at renewal?
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Renewal happens only on mutual confirmation at or before the end of the term, and is charged at the price applicable then. Renewal offers run through the year like any other offer, so ask before you renew.
Do our drawings leave the machine?
Rendering, measuring and exporting run locally, and plan files are not uploaded to us. If you switch the AI agent on, the crops it asks for go to the model provider you connected, not to us. It is off by default.
